Cancellation Policy
Life coaching is a professional service, and our relationship must remain professional. Please be aware: Limitations: Coaching is not a substitute for legal, financial, personal, religious, or spiritual advice. Seek independent guidance in these areas when needed. Communication: I prioritize your privacy. I will primarily communicate via cell phones and emails, which may not always be secure. Please be cautious when sharing the information you share. Cheri LeFevre, Life Coach, LLC, holds your information in the strictest confidence. I will only share it if there's a risk of harm to yourself or others, and I will always seek your permission before involving family members in our discussions. Important Considerations: 1. If you want me to communicate with other professionals, you may request a "Release of Information" form. 2. I am required by law to report any concerns about potential harm to yourself or others and suspicions of abuse. 3. I must comply if ordered by a judge to disclose information. Session Options: Coaching sessions are available in my office, by phone, FaceTime, Zoom, or other real-time media. Payment and Cancellation: This Agreement confirms that Cheri LeFevre Coaching provides services in exchange for a specified fee. To cancel an appointment, please notify me at (970) 596-2702 at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the missed appointment is forfeited. No Refund Policy: Cheri LeFevre Coaching, LLC maintains a strict no-refund policy. By accepting these terms, you understand that you waive your right to a refund for any fees paid and take full responsibility for your success. When you book and pay for your appointment(s), you indicate your acceptance of the terms outlined in this policy.
